he main objective of Bakel project and its
possibilities for tourism development in the district
has been viewed and counted in different perceptions by many people in Kerla particularly
those belongs to Kasaragod district.
The BRDC (Bakel Resorts Development Corporation)
lists, in the leaflet issued by them,
the vast possibilities of tourism in the
district and how they have assembled the project for
tourism development, high lighting the Bakel Fort and
other areas of the district, after studying the drawbacks found in many
such projects in the country. The authority points out that
the failure of such projects in the country is due to the lack
of proper scientific planning and calculation. They claims that all the
fields in the Bakel project were developed carefully and with a distinct scientific
approach.

for the common doubts that may arise in people about this
mega tourism project launched with the co-operation of state and central
